
Statistics are interesting. I can look at them for hours, this way and that. I think daily counts are my favorite. You can get an instant snap-shot of an area. Here you can see whether or not the inventory in any given city is up or down on a given day. As I’ve said before, in order to see what’s really going on in any particular area, you have to dig down a lot deeper; there are a lot of factors to considering when pricing a home for sale. And if ever there were micro real estate markets, it’s here in the San Mateo area.
