		<description>Interesting post.  I&#039;ve been an exclusive buyer broker for about 13 years in the Central Ohio market.  Your description is &quot;right on&quot; about dealing with multiple agents as either a buyers agent or listing agent.  You have to be extremely careful &amp; detailed in your contract wording.  High percentage of listing agents/sellers in our market choose just to work one offer at a time.  I would say about 85%-90% of my buyer clients who were notified about multiple offers moved onto other home options and choose not to ge involved in a bidding war.  Just my 2 cents.
