You do make a solid argument here against HVCC. The consumer seems to get hurt the most here with higher costs and inevitable delays. This HVCC was rushed through without too much debate about its drawbacks and merits, which is a shame.</description>

		<description>Well written, well said, and right on the money. I hear from Realtors, Appraisers, Mortgage Brokers and Borrowers from across the country. The HVCC is costing consumers money, delaying and destroying transactions and adversely affecting recovery of the housing market.
