Behind that fence covered in green at Hillsdale and Saratoga is the beginning of the new police station.  Expected completion is Spring 2009.

I just found a video showing the completed Devil’s Slide Tunnel.  Watching it makes me want to vomit, but it’s really neat.  It’ll be a white-knuckle ride the first few times driving over it.
