Homestead / Husing between Alameda De Las Pulgas to the west and El Camino Real to the east; Hobart is the north border, Highway 92 marks the southern end. Borel Park is at the southwest corner of the neighborhood.

Eastern Addition’s boundaries are Peninsula Avenue at the north end, 4th Avenue at the south. It’s west border is marked by El Camino Real, the east side is Delaware Street. The downtown is thriving with great restaurants like King Fish and a 12 screen movie theater.

The high median was in October, $1,100,500; the highest percentage of sale price to list price received was 102.43%.
San Mateo Village is located between Hillsdale Boulevard on the north end; East 40th is the southern boundary. Delaware to the west; Highway 101 to the east. The neighborhood includes Casanova Park and George Hall Elementary.

San Mateo Terrace is bordered by 92 at the north end, Hillsdale Boulevard at the south. Monterey is the west side marker, Alameda De Las Pulgas is the east side boundary. Peninsula Golf and Country Club, Beresford Park and Hillsdale High are all in the neighborhood.

Bayshore Boulevard, the frontage road to Highway 101, runs along Shoreview’s west side; the bay to its east. Poplar Avenue is at the north end, while Lodi Avenue marks the southern end.

The most expensive house sold was 1515 Cypress at $825,000. The least expensive home was 1517 2nd which sold for $420,000, with an over bid of $71,112! That’s not a typo.
The high median was in December, $624,750; the highest percentage of list price to sale price was 109.02% – amazing!
Many of Shoreview’s houses are selling as short sale and REO or Real Estate Owned. In some cases houses – maybe I should say many as shown by the 109.02% – are selling for over the asking price.
Fiesta Gardens is between 19th Avenue and Hillsdale Boulevard, north/south; El Camino Real and Highway 101, west/east. Local shopping and restaurants include Whole Foods, Pete’s Coffee and Starbucks.
